Overview

Tea For Streets ("TFS") is an AI-powered infrastructure intelligence platform that processes street-level imagery and data to generate actionable insights for cities, property owners, insurers, infrastructure operators, and related organizations. TFS provides data, analytics, reporting capabilities, and infrastructure intelligence outputs, but does not guarantee that any city, agency, contractor, insurer, or third party will act on, resolve, or respond to reported issues.

Use of the Platform

Tea For Streets is intended for use by authorized representatives of cities, municipal agencies, insurance companies, property managers, infrastructure operators, and investor stakeholders who are evaluating or piloting the platform for infrastructure monitoring, asset management, risk assessment, or data analysis. The platform may also offer mobile capture tooling for use by field operators and authorized partners. These Terms govern all access to the TFS B2B platform and any branded tooling we provide to field operators and partners.

Data & Content Provided

TFS provides structured infrastructure intelligence derived from street-level imagery, including but not limited to:

• Street-level imagery – photos and video from public streets and infrastructure areas
• Infrastructure issue reports – AI-detected defects including potholes, cracks, graffiti, flooding, streetlight outages, and related conditions
• Location and metadata – GPS coordinates, severity classifications, repair recommendations, and related contextual data
• Analytics dashboards – aggregated trends, heat maps, and risk assessments for infrastructure monitoring

No Guarantee of Action or Resolution

Tea For Streets is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any city, county, state, or federal agency. TFS provides data and intelligence to support decision-making, but does not guarantee that:

• Any reported or detected infrastructure issue will be investigated, prioritized, or resolved
• A city or municipal agency will act on, verify, or respond to data provided by TFS
• Repair work, maintenance, or remediation will occur based on TFS data or recommendations
• Information provided by TFS is accurate, complete, or reflective of current field conditions

Users of TFS understand that infrastructure intelligence is a tool to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Final decisions regarding infrastructure maintenance, repairs, and public safety remain the sole responsibility of authorized government agencies, property owners, and operators.

User Responsibilities & Safety

• Legal compliance: All data collection and use must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Privacy: Users must not include personally identifiable information (PII), identifiable faces, or private property details in photo submissions without proper consent
• Safety: Do not trespass, block traffic, or engage in unsafe behavior to gather images. Only photograph from safe, public areas
• Acceptable use: Do not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content
• Emergencies: For immediate public safety hazards or emergencies, call 911 — do not rely solely on TFS reporting

Platform Availability & Changes

TFS may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, APIs, or services at any time. Major changes to the Terms will be communicated to active platform users. Continued use of TFS constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TFS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF TFS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
